Someone Cares (S1C)

Their mission is to empower the African American and Latino MSM/Transgender communities , through HIV/AIDS/STD education and prevention services, assisting them to take control of their lives in making sound sexual decisions. They also seek to broaden people living with AIDS knowledge base to help them make conscientious choices about available health care options and enhance their skills to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
