Coconut milk? Sometimes some very interesting (and great tantsig) recipes require cream or something to make the dish creamy. How does coconut milk jive with SCD. I guess strickly speaking coconut is a fruit and I imagine it is rather high in glucose (certainly high in fat, but that in itself isn't SCD-forbidden). Just wondering. I know when in doubt leave it out. While you're at it what about shredded coconut (in moderation, of course)?
